Polycentric Ventures L.C. owns the Configurational Systems Framework (CSF). CSF is owner-governed intellectual property. Public description is not a license. CSF is not a statute, an ISO standard, or a certification scheme. Law remains controlling.

The public AI governance stack on this site is a map. CSF is the operating layer. NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, the EU AI Act, OECD AI Principles, ISO/IEC 23894, and the Council of Europe Framework Convention on AI are inputs CSF can ingest. They are not substitutes and they do not grant rights in CSF.
