Polycentric Ventures L.C. retains ownership and governance of the CSF corpus and related intellectual property, including canonical authority, amendment authority, publication rights, licensing authority, historical records, and reserved decisions to the extent applicable to the relevant material.

Public description is not a license

Accessing, reading, quoting within otherwise applicable rights, linking to, or referring to public website material does not by itself grant an ownership interest, license, field-of-use authorization, amendment right, publication right, or authority to represent a derivative work as canonical or approved.

Bounded applications remain bounded

Where Polycentric Ventures authorizes an application, that authorization does not silently transfer foundational ownership, canonical control, amendment authority, or reserved decisions. Confidential terms and controlled records are not published here.
